Please read our return policy carefully to ensure you can proceed with your request as quick as possible.
Ura wants to guarantee your full satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may exercise your right to return purchased products within seven (7) days from the date on which you received the order.
The right to return products shall be deemed correctly exercised once the following conditions have been fully met:
- The return is made within seven (7) days from the date on which you received the order.
- The products have not been used, worn, washed, modified or damaged.
- The tag is still attached to the products.
- The products are returned in their original packaging.

Damages and Issues
Before your parcel leaves our warehouse, it is fully checked and controlled by our packing team. If you receive an item which is damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us on ura@wearura.com immediately.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
If the recipient refuses delivery of their order due to a customs charge your package will be considered abandoned and disposed of by the shipping carrier and therefore, your order is not eligible for a refund
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. All successfully returned items will be credited to the original payment method. The original shipping charges will not be refunded. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
